TEACHERS at The Littlehampton Academy will go on strike tomorrow (Wednesday, April 17).
The action has been called by both the National Union of Teachers (NUT) and the NASUWT, unions that together represent the overwhelming majority of teachers at the school.
The strike follows mounting concerns by members of staff over working conditions at the site, which is part of the Woodard Academy chain.
It is unclear how many teachers will be taking part in the demonstrations and how many classes could be affected by the industrial action, which is the first in a line of three strikes this month.
More protests will take place on April 24 and 25.
