The evidence backs Corbyn’s vision for education. He needs to start advertising it

Finland underwent wholesale reform about 40 years ago, moving to an entirely comprehensive school system, improving the quality of teacher training and raising the status of the teaching profession. All teachers have a master’s degree and also have a high degree of autonomy in what and how they teach, within a national curriculum framework.
